VAKOG and NLP

V.A.K.O.G. stands for Visual, Auditory, Kinaesthetic. Olfactory and Gustatory.
Visual refers to seeing (or internally, to perceptions of mental imagery); Auditory to what       is heard externally or internally ('mentally'); kinaesthetic to feelings (either of a sensory 'bodily' nature like pressure, temperature, etc. or of an emotional kind); olfactory to smell and gustatory to taste.
        Neuro-Linguistic programming
Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is a method of approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder. The title asserts a connection between the neurological processes ("neuro"), language ("linguistic"), and behavioral patterns learned through experience ("programming") that proponents speculate can be changed to achieve specific goals in life.
Theoretically it can be also used to cure many phobias and mental illness. Combination of VAKOG and NLP can be used to enhance the teaching skills as well as learning skills.
Criticism
This has been termed ass pseudo-science and was proved to have many faults of its own. It was good in creating placebo effect and enhancing the confidence level of people nd thereby increasing the efficiency.
